How To Create & Manage Policies

  • Log into your school manager account
  • Hover over ‘Tools’ from the main toolbar and click ‘Policy Manager’
  • You’ll see a full list of all the policy templates we have available. You can search for a policy template by using the search bar to search for a key word.
  • You’ll see information about the policy template, including when it was last updated by us, who needs to approve the policy, whether it should be displayed on your school website, how often it needs to be reviewed, and whether it is statutory. You’ll also see the last time you updated this policy.
  • Click on the download button to download the template.
  • Make your amendments.
  • Once finished, click the upload button to reupload your completed policy.
  • Once uploaded, this policy will be available for only staff from your school to view. Staff can click on ‘Download’ and ‘Policies’ to view the policies you’ve uploaded.
  • If we don’t have a template you need, you can create your own policy from scratch on the Policy Manager. Just click on ‘Create Policy’ next to the search bar, enter the details of your policy, and click save to upload for your staff to view.
