How To View The User Report

How To View The User Report

  • Log into your school manager account
  • Hover over ‘Tools’ from the main toolbar, then click on ‘Evidence & Report’
  • Click on ‘User Report’ from the left hand menu.
  • On this page, you’ll be able to see a list of all your users.
  • The five dials at the top of the page will show you how many users you have registered, how many have logged in, and how many have completed CPD.
  • In your user list, you have a quick view of how much CPD each user has completed. You can also see when they last logged into their account.
  • If needed, you can send a password reset to a user, or you can send a reminder to a user who’s never logged in to set up their account by clicking 'Actions' and 'Send Reminder'.
  • Click 'Actions' and 'View User Profile' to view a users profile in more detail. Here you can edit their profile, and view their full CPD record.
