- Please ensure your device is running at a good speed. If your device still continues to have buffering issues, please try on another device or browser to resolve the issue. Our webinars are available on any device, including Smartphones. We also have an app which is free to download.
- Please ensure you have a stable internet connection, and allow the video some time to load if you are on a slower connection.
