Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel a one-time order, please be aware that cancellations must be placed within 14 days of the order to be accepted, as per our terms and conditions. We cannot cancel any orders if the purchase has been accessed (i.e. if you have started the CPD). If it is within 14 days and you have not accessed any content, please email accounts@nationaleducationgroup.com with your invoice reference number and reason for cancellation.
  • If you need to cancel a renewal of a membership,  as per our terms and conditions, our annual memberships automatically renew on the same date each year. Should you wish to cancel your membership you can do so by getting in touch with us via accounts@nationaleducationgroup.com, 30 days before your renewal date. Your renewal date will be the same date of purchase every year. We cannot cancel renewals if you do not contact us via accounts@nationaleducationgroup.com at least 30 days before your renewal date.
    • We can only discuss membership cancellations with the designated membership holder on the account.
