Do parents count towards my limit of users?

No, parents do not count towards your user limit.

Your user limit covers only staff and school manager users who will be accessing our full library of content. Parent users will see limited content (only courses & resources relevant to them), and you can have an unlimited number of parents without this affecting your membership user limit.
