If you have booked onto a course or webinar, please see below on how to access.
To access your booking
- Please login to your account
- Hover over your initials/profile picture in the top right corner and click 'My Content'
- Your course/webinar will be available here under 'My Purchases'
If you find your webinar and it's still telling you to buy, you may have booked the webinar using different account details. Please contact our support team on support@nationalcollege.com, and tell us the email address you used during booking, the name of the course, and the email address on the account that you need the webinar swapping over to- and we will be able to action this for you.
If you booked for another person, please note that the webinar/course will only be accessible on the account it was purchased under. The account will be accessed using the email address and password you entered at checkout, and the user does not need to have received an email from us to access the course- they will only need to log into their account. If you entered your own details, and need to swap these to another delegate, please contact our support team on support@nationalcollege.com and tell us the email address you used during booking, the name of the course, and the email address on the account that you need the webinar swapping over to- and we will be able to action this for you.
Please note that all of our sessions are pre recorded- so you will not miss any of the course or webinar. Single product purchases are only accessible for one account and must be purchased per person.
