How to resend invitations to my staff?

  • Log into your school manager account
  • Hover over your initials/profile picture in the top right
  • Please press Admin
  • On the left menu, please press Reports and then User Report
  • Under the 5 dials, search for your user
  • If you user has not logged in before, you can send them an invitation email, please press Actions and then Send Reminder
  • You can also press 'Bulk Send Reminder' which will send an invitation email to all users who have not yet logged in.

If you are a School Group Manager, with access to multiple schools, you can send an invitation email to all users across your trust who have not yet logged in.

To do this

  • Log into your school group manager account
  • Hover over your initials in the top right corner
  • Please press Admin
  • On the left menu, please press Reports and then User Report
  • Under the 5 dials, please press 'Bulk Send Reminder'. This will then send an invitation email to all of your staff who have not yet logged in.

Please note, that you do not need to press Bulk Send Reminder per school as a school group manager, this will send to all users across the trust who have not yet logged in.
