How To Use CPD Dashboard
The 'CPD Dashboard' can be used to run reports on your Watch Lists. Please see tutorials below for how to access & use this feature.
How To Use The CPD Dashboard
- Log into your school manager account
- Hover over ‘Tools’ from the main toolbar, then click on ‘Evidence & Report’
- Click on ‘CPD Dashboard’ from the left hand menu.
- Here you’ll be able to see a breakdown of all the watchlists you chose to display on your dashboard. You’ll see the watchlist name, the assigned staffs total progress, the deadline, and who this watchlist is assigned to.
- To see a bit more information, click ‘View Report’
- On the report, you’ll see the watchlist details and three dials displaying how much of the watchlist is currently in progress, not started, and complete.
- You’ll also see a breakdown of all the users who have been assigned this watchlist, and their individual progress through each assigned CPD.
- Click on the envelope icon next to any user to send them an email reminder to complete this watchlist.
- You can use the ‘Export’ button to download this information in a spreadsheet format at any time.
