My Invoice Is Incorrect

If there is an error on your invoice,  please contact the finance department by emailing accounts@nationaleducationgroup.com.

Please make sure that you state in your email to the accounts department:

  • Your Invoice Reference Number
  • Which information is incorrect on your invoice
  • The correct information the invoice needs to be amended with

If you have purchased as part of a special deal or offer and this is not reflecting in your invoice- please forward through the offer that you purchased with so we'll be able to assist you more quickly.
