I need to make a change to my booking

  • If you need to change the person on your booking , please contact our support team at support@nationalcollege.com
    Please make sure you provide:
    • The email address for the original booking
    • The name & email address for the new booking
    • The invoice number/name of the product you purchased.
  • If you need to change the product you've purchased, please contact our support team at support@nationalcollege.com

    • The email address for the original booking
    • The name & email address for the new booking
    • The invoice number/name of the product you purchased.
  • If you need to change the time/date of the webinar you booked, all of our webinars are pre-recorded and will be available to watch on demand after the release date. If you have booked for a release date that you can no longer attend, you'll be able to access the webinar from your hub at any time after it's been released.
