You're on a course/webinar and the volume is too quiet.
Volume on our courses does vary from device to device, so we suggest the following if you're finding it's a bit too quiet for you:
- Please make sure that both the volume on your device and the video itself is turned all the way up.
- Please try using headphones, as many users find this improves the volume quality significantly.
- Please try using a different device (such as a smartphone or tablet) as it may be an issue with the volume on your device.
- Please try using a different browser as it may be an incompatible browser. We suggest Firefox and Google Chrome are the best.
