What should I do if I can't make any of the scheduled webinar dates?

If you are not available for any of the scheduled webinar dates, there is no need to worry. All of our webinars and courses are pre-recorded in order to ensure that we are providing you with the most accurate, highest quality training possible.

This includes the benefit of being able to watch your webinars on demand at any time if you cannot make the scheduled release date/time. You can also pause, and rewatch the webinar as many times as needed.

If you purchase a webinar for a specific date, the webinar will become available for you to watch on that specific date and time- but this will remain in your account indefinitely so you can access at your leisure. You can view all your purchased courses by hovering over your profile picture in the top left corner of the website, and then clicking 'My Content'. All your purchases will show in the 'My Purchases' row.
