Why isn't my bulk upload of users working?

After you have uploaded your users, you will see a 'Upload History' button, please press this and you will see if your users have been uploaded successfully or if an error occurred.

If there is an error, please press 'Actions' and 'View Errors'.

From here, you will be able to see your errors and amend your file accordingly and you can try to upload this again.
